4B Classroom News - Week of May 20th:

REMINDER - Per school policy, if your student is absent from school, please make sure your child brings in a note explaining the absence. Please practice cursive writing with your child.TO SCHEDULE A MEETING - If you wish to schedule a meeting to discuss concerns (academic, behavior, etc.), please contact me. I will schedule a time that works for both of us.
HOMEWORK - Homework is given on a daily basis. It is the student's responsibility to complete all homework assignments and the parents/guardians responsibility to check and sign the homework. - ALL HOMEWORK MUST BE SIGNED BY A PARENT.
SPECIAL SCHOOL/CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES - If your student does not do what is expected of him/her to do in class (homework, class assignments, behavior issues, disrespect, etc), they will NOT participate with any special school/classroom activities (such as
dress down day, class field trips/field day, class parties/activities/fun Friday, etc). Special activities are a privilege and must be earned.
ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL TIME - Students are due in
school by 8:00 AM. Late studentsmiss Prayer , Announcements,Breakfast , and cause disruption to the classroom. Make sure your student is in school daily by 8:00 AM sharp. Dismissal for bus students begins at 3:00 PM and is followed by the rest of the school. Students need to be picked up by 3:15 PM.
